I bought a marinade from my local butcher last summer and loved it, when I went to get more they didn't have it and haven't had it since. I came across the Roasted Tomato & Smoked Garlic Rub so I thought I would give it a try. It out lived my hope. I had it on chicken wings and I loved it. I will be buying more soon.
