Cherry wood best for poultry and pork, a very fruity and sweet smoke with subtle intensity.
 Our favourite with Ribs!

CHERRY WOOD CHIPS, these wood chips are most suitable when smoking with either a Weber, Hooded BBQ and Smoke ovens.
As with all smoking try to keep the burn of the chips slow.
Encase the chips in foil, punching a small hole in the foil and placing the parcel near heat source, or a stainless steel smoker box 
This will be trial and error depending on the type of Smoker unit you are trying to use.
