An authentic Boodua Creek artisan slow cooker recipe base!
600ml Moroccan cooking sauce is paired beautifully with 2-3kg of bone in Lamb shoulder depending how saucy you want your finished dish.
Once opened the jar will last up to 6 weeks in the fridge so is also ideal if you’re wanting to make a smaller portion.
Directions: In your Slow Cooker or Hot Pot, place up to 3kg of bone-in meat portion, Jar of Moroccan Slow Cook Sauce, 300ml Sour Cream and 200ml water. Cook on low for 8 hours.
Optional: add 50-100g or sultanas and any vegetables of your choice.
Serving suggestion: spiced roast vegetable rice or cous cous with a dollop of natural yoghurt or sour cream and a sprinkle of your favourite fresh herbs!
