How To Make Perfect Frankfurters
1️⃣ Mince meat to the desired fine texture.
2️⃣ Mix premix with iced water to create a smooth slurry.
3️⃣ Combine slurry with minced meat and mix thoroughly until fully emulsified.
4️⃣ Re-mince if required for a smooth, consistent texture.
5️⃣ Fill into suitable casings and cook or smoke as required.
