Preparation Instructions

1. Mince 11.25kg of meat and fat (approx. 20% fat recommended)

2. Combine 1.25kg of sausage meal with 2.5kg of iced water to form a slurry

3. Mix the slurry thoroughly into the minced meat

4. Mince again to desired texture

5. Fill into sausage casings, then chill or cook as required
