This classic "Continental Style" gluten free beef sausage meal with onion, garlic, black pepper and selected herbs is perfectly complimented with subtle beef notes to create a sausage that appeals to all.
Directions
Mince meat to required texture. Mix meal and water together to form a slurry. Mix meat and slurry together. Mince again.
Usage
Beef (8-85CL) 16.6 kg, Meal 1 kg, Iced Water 2.4 kg. (Red wine may be used at .7 kg wine and 1.7 kg iced water). 20 kg Total.

This product contains sulphites. This product is made on the same equipment that also produces products containing allergens listed in the FSANZ Standard 1.2.3. *Gluten Free when prepared as directed
