Directions
Mince meat to required texture.
Mix meal and water together to form a slurry.
Mix meat and slurry together. Mince again.
Usage
Pork 80CL 16.6 kg, Meal 1 kg, Iced Water 2.4 kg, Total 20 kg.

This product contains soy and sulphites.
This product is made on the same equipment that also produces products containing allergens listed in the FSANZ Standard 1.2.3.

This for me is the best sausage meal for pork sausages....it's bloody delicious.
