This sausage meal brings together the typical Indian curry flavours of cumin, coriander, chilli, ginger and other spices to create a flavoursome sausage with a great colour.
Directions: Mince meat to required texture. Mix premix and water to form a slurry. Mix meat & slurry together. Mince again.
Usage: Meat & Fat 11.25 kg, Meal 1.25 kg, Iced Water 2.5 kg, Total 15 kg
