Preparation Instructions:

1. Mince 11.25kg of meat and fat (recommended 20% fat content)

2. Mix 1.25kg of sausage meal with 2.5kg of iced water to form a slurry

3. Combine slurry and minced meat, then mix thoroughly

4. Mince again to desired texture

5. Fill into sausage casings and cook or chill as needed
