Preparation Instructions:

1. Mince 11.25kg of meat and fat (aim for 20% fat content).

2. Mix 1.25kg of sausage meal with 2.5kg of iced water to create a smooth slurry.

3. Combine the slurry with the minced meat and mix thoroughly.

4. Mince again to refine texture if required.

5. Fill into sausage casings and cook as desired.
