Ideal for pork or beef blends, this premix delivers consistent texture and mouth-watering taste every time.

Preparation Instructions:

1. Mince 11.25kg of meat with approx. 20% fat.

2. Mix 1.25kg of sausage meal with 2.5kg of iced water to form a slurry.

3. Combine slurry with minced meat.

4. Mince again to desired texture.

5. Fill into sausage casings.
