Preparation Instructions:

1. Mince 11.25kg of meat and fat (approx. 20% fat content).

2. Mix 1.25kg of sausage meal with 2.5kg of iced water to form a slurry.

3. Combine slurry with the minced meat.

4. Mince again to desired texture.

5. Fill into casings and cook as required.
