The Titan consists of a stainless steel blade with sapphire cut and stainless steel fittings for heavy duty application.
These features in combination with a hygienic full nylon handle will satisfy all your hygienic requirements. While normal sharpening steels are produced with about 1000 Vickers hardness, this steel offers you extreme hardness: 3000 Vickers.
