INGREDIENTS: rice flour, salt, mineral salt (451), preservative (223).
DIRECTIONS: Mix 5kg of meat & fat with 500G of
Gourmet sausage starter & 1.15kg of iced water.
Add your own ingredients to taste.
(meat and fat, sausage mix, ice water)
Mince meat to required texture.
Mix meal and water together to form a slurry.
Mix meat and slurry together. Mince again.
Makes 6.65kg total + your own ingredients.
