How to Use
- For tempura seafood: Mix batter with cold water until smooth, dip lightly coated prawns, fish or squid, and deep fry in hot oil until pale golden and crisp
- For chicken tenders: Dip into prepared batter, allow excess to drip off, and fry until cooked through and delicately crunchy
- For vegetables: Slice evenly, dust lightly with flour if desired, coat in batter and fry until crisp and golden
- For onion rings: Separate rings, dip into batter and fry until light, crisp and fragrant
- For extra light texture: Use chilled sparkling water and fry immediately in hot oil for the crispiest finish
