Pepperoni American Style Cooked Cured Sausage Premix, Meal, Seasoning 276 Grams

 

Pepperoni is a beloved American salami crafted from a blend of pork and beef.
It can be made using various sausage casings, although non-edible fibrous casings are most common.
For a fun twist, try using thin collagen casings to create snack sticks that can be cut into bite-sized pieces—perfect for serving on a cold meat, cheese, or antipasto platter.
Ideal for pizzas and beyond

A highly flavoured cured American Style Pepperoni sausage premix made from selected herbs and spices.
Contains sodium Nitrite cure #1 which is for cooking only.

DIRECTIONS: 276 grams premix, 500g water,
Pork trim 75cl 4.3kg
Beef trim 80cl 1.9kg.
Total 6.950kg

Mince meat to required texture.
Use 12 to 16mm mincer plate for best result.
Mix meat, water and premix together
Fill out into sausage casings of your choosing.

Cook at 120c until internal temperature reaches 70c
Store in fridge after cooking.
