Fibrous casing are suitable for cooked, uncooked, fermented smallgoods such as salami, Pepperoni, Bologna and other cured sausages
Length of Casing is approx. 50cm with a filling diameter of 55mm
one end is tied with string ready to hang
Fibrous casings are non-edible
Casing should be soaked in a warm water solution for 20-30minutes prior to filling.
