USE & CARE
- Handle knives with respect to avoid accidents and minimize the risk of blade damage
- Always cut on a soft, non-abrasive surface such as timber or plastic cutting board.

- All Avanti® Nero knives are dishwasher safe. However, it is preferable to avoid prolonged or constant cleaning in a dishwasher where possible.
