Mixing Guide
For every 1kg of meat & fat:

130g Premix
-
230ml Cold Water
Full Pack:

1.3kg Premix
-
10kg Meat & Fat
-
2.3 Litres Cold Water
Directions

Mince meat to the required texture.

Mix the premix and cold water together to form a slurry.

Add the slurry to the meat and mix thoroughly until the mixture becomes sticky and proteins are extracted.

Mince again to the desired texture.

Fill into casings.

Refrigerate or freeze after manufacture.
