Cottage Farm Sausage Roll Premix 400 Grams
RECOMMENDED USAGE & DOSAGE
2.0 kg meat (No less than 75CL), 400 grams Premix, 600gams Breadcrumb, 2.0kg ice water
1.Mince meat to desired size and consistency.
2.Add cold water to meat and mix together.
3.Add premix and breadcrumbs to meat and water, mix well until desired consistency is achieved. The correct
consistency should be like a light dough mixture.
4.Form the filling mixture into a rough log roll.
5.Place the log of filling premix onto a sheet of puff pastry and trim to desired length and shape.
6.Roll the pastry around the log of filling to form a sausage roll.
7.Seal the leading edge of the pastry with egg wash if required.
8.Cut the sausage roll to the desired length

for approximately 18 – 20 minutes or until
golden and the pastry has fully cooked.
