Preparation Instructions:

1. Mince 11.25kg of meat and fat (approx. 20% fat).

2. Blend 1.25kg of sausage meal with 2.5kg of iced water to make a slurry.

3. Add slurry to the minced meat and mix thoroughly.

4. Mince again for texture.

5. Fill into sausage casings and cook to enjoy.
