Usage:
- Meat & Fat: 11.25kg (recommended 20% fat)

- Iced Water: 2.5kg

How To Make Perfect Sausages
- Mince meat to your required texture.
- Mix meal and iced water together to form a smooth slurry.
- Combine slurry with minced meat and mix thoroughly.
- Re-mince for even flavour distribution.
- Fill into sausage casings and cook or chill as required.
