A tangy well balanced savoury steakette seasoning with tomatoes, onion, garlic, celery and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
Directions:
Mince meat to required texture.
Mix meat and seasoning together.
Mince again.
Reseal and store in a cool dry location away from direct light.
Usage:
Add 600 grams of seasoning mix to 10 kg of Meat and Fat
(60 grams per kg of meat and fat)
