A French style rissole premix with rich beef stock, garlic, onion, finely milled black pepper and herbs.
DIRECTIONS: Mix 5kg of meat & fat with 300Grams of burger mix
(meat and fat, burger mix)
Mince meat to required texture.
Mix meat and seasoning together.
Mince again.
Reseal and store in a cool dry location away from direct light.
Makes 5.30kg total
