Egg Wash Pre Crumb Coater 100 grams
Our dry powder instant pre-coater mix creates a syrupy yellow egg solution with excellent adhesion properties making it ideal for adhering bread crumbs to schnitzels.

Add 25 grams of egg wash into 1l of water while stirring
Allow to stand for 20 minutes, mix again to ensure no lumps remain.
