Take the guesswork out of roasting with the GEFU Tempere Digital Roasting Thermometer.
Designed for accurate monitoring of internal meat temperatures, the Tempere features a 16cm stainless steel probe with a 1-metre heat-resistant cable, allowing the probe to remain in your roast while it cooks.
Simply select your meat type or desired core temperature and the thermometer will sound an alarm when the target temperature has been reached.
With pre-programmed temperatures for different meats, a long-duration timer, magnetic backing and fold-out stand, it's a practical addition to any BBQ or kitchen.

Pre-Set Meat Temperatures
The GEFU Tempere includes pre-stored core temperatures for different types of meat, making it easy to achieve consistent cooking results.
Choose the appropriate meat setting, insert the probe into the thickest part of the meat and cook. Once the selected internal temperature is reached, the thermometer sounds an alarm to let you know.
You can also set your own target temperature when cooking to a specific internal temperature.
