This helps create more even temperatures and consistent smoke distribution across the cooking area.
Want to cook traditional offset style? Simply remove the reverse flow baffle plate and run the Wrangler as a conventional offset smoker.
With a generous 6,677 cm² total cooking area, adjustable airflow dampers, built-in temperature gauge and integrated fat and ash collection, the Wrangler is well equipped for everything from brisket, ribs and pulled pork to larger weekend barbecue cooks.
