Cracked Pepper and Garlic is the perfect combination for delicious jerky. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat of your choice.
Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.
Ingredients: Black Pepper, salt, dehydrated garlic, extractives of turmeric.
Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel colour.
All the individual flavour kits will process around 7kgs of meat into Jerky as required.
