Hi Mountain Jerky Cure & Seasoning Hunters Blend

This mix is a bold flavour that has a touch of heat blended with the kick of a pepper and a subtle smokey overtone.

Hunter Blend is a special combination of seasonings that feature garlic, pepper, a hint of hickory and finishing with some heat.

Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat of your choice.

Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.

Ingredients: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, hickory powder with maltodextrin, spice extractives, spices (includes cayenne, chipotle, jalapeno and habanero peppers and black pepper), sugar, natural flavours and natural smoke flavour.
Not more than 2% soybean oil and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Contains wheat.

Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel colour.

This kit contains enough cure and seasoning to process around 7-8kg of meat.
