Hi Mountain Mandarin Teriyaki Jerky Seasoning Kit
A delicate teriyaki flavour with a hint of mandarin orange.
Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat of your choice. Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.
Ingredients: Sugar, soy sauce powder [soy sauce (wheat, soybeans, salt) maltodextrin, salt], dehydrated garlic and onion, food starch modified, hydrolyzed soy protein, spice extractives and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
Contains soy and wheat.
Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel colour.
All the individual flavour kits will process around 7kgs of meat into Jerky as required.
