For one 185g packet of Boerewors Seasoning, use:

500g bacon

125ml malt vinegar

60ml Worcestershire sauce

185g Boerewors Seasoning
Directions
Combine the ground beef, pork, pork fat and bacon.
Add the Boerewors Seasoning, malt vinegar and Worcestershire sauce, then mix thoroughly until the seasoning is evenly distributed throughout the meat.
Fill into your preferred sausage casings. Cook thoroughly and enjoy fresh.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use only as directed.
