Specially blended for sausage making, this premix makes it easy to produce full-flavoured Roasted Peanut Satay sausages at home or in the butcher shop.
Simply combine with your meat and fat, add cold water and mix thoroughly.

1.3kg pack seasons 10kg of meat & fat.

Mixing Rate: For every 1kg of meat & fat, use 130g premix + 230ml cold water. For the full pack, use 1.3kg premix + 10kg meat & fat + 2.3 litres cold water.

Directions: Mince meat to the required texture.
A coarse grind using an 8–10mm mincer plate is recommended.
Mix the premix with the cold water to form a slurry, add to the meat and mix thoroughly until sticky.
Mince again using an 8–10mm plate for a coarse sausage texture, then fill into casings. Refrigerate or freeze after manufacture.
